1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that during peak seasons and promotional periods, processing time may take longer than usual. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• We currently ship to Worldwide*
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes
• *Some remote areas may not be eligible for express shipping
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment at any time by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if you receive a damaged item or if your order is lost in transit, please contact us at alma.milanitaly@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• Description of the issue
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For international shipments outside the EU, customers may be responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
