2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item

3. EXCLUSIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
• Goods which are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
• Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life
• Digital content supplied in non-tangible form if performance has begun with your prior consent

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alma.milanitaly@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping costs.

• Your order number
• Photos of the defective or damaged item
• Description of the defect or damage

5. RETURN PROCESS
To return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 2: We will provide you with return instructions and a return address
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Step 4: Ship the item to the address provided
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
• For standard returns (change of mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping
• For defective or damaged items: We will cover the cost of return shipping
• For items received in error: We will cover the cost of return shipping

7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

8. PARTIAL REFUNDS
